Milwaukee puts out tons of new products every year—often well over 100! It can be tough to track everything, so I aim to keep you up to date with the best new Milwaukee Tools as they’re announced.
Pipeline took place in August, giving us a sneak peek at more than 100 recent and upcoming products. Some of these aren’t coming out until well into next year, so I’m going to focus on what’s about to launch on this page.

Milwaukee is expanding the M18 sanding category with their new 5-Inch random orbital sander. This sander features a 3/32-inch orbit diameter and a brushless motor with five speed modes ranging from 6,000 OPM up to 12,000 OPM. Milwaukee also equipped this sander with Vaclink bluetooth technology that allows you to collect up to 95% of dust when paired with one of Milwaukee’s M18 vacuums.

Milwaukee is rolling out two new 6-inch random orbital sanders on their M12 Fuel platform that are optimized for the automotive industry. Both models range in speed from 3,200 to 12,000 OPM and feature a variable speed dial and trigger. The main difference is the orbit diameter—3/32-inch (2854) and 3/16-inch (2585).

Milwaukee has already established themselves as a major player in the OPE market, and their Quik-Lok system plays a big roll in this effort. Now, they’re introducing two new attachments to the platform.

The M18 Fuel Sting Trimmer attachment delivers up to 6,200 RPMs the Easy Load trimmer head holds 25 feet of either 0.080-inch or 0.095 inch trimmer line.

The M18 Fuel 10-inch string trimmer provides up to 10 feet of reach including one of the available extensions. It’s equipped with an automatic bar oiler and a translucent oil reservoir, plus the integrated branch hook makes it easy to clear away debris while you work.

The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Short Pole Trimmer is designed with our landscaping Pros in mind, delivering 3,500 SPM and a max cut capacity of 1-inch. The 20-inch bar allows for broad sweeps and the padded grip and bail handle improve overall control and comfort during extended use. When paired with a Forge 8.0Ah battery, it offers up to 90 minutes of continuous runtime.

The Milwaukee M18 Fuel 16-Inch String Trimmer’s brushless motor delivers up to 31cc gas power so you can power through thick brush without bogging down. It features three speed modes ranging from 4,600 RPMs up to 6,200 RPMs. Plus, the easy load trimmer head holds up to 20 feet of either 0.080-inch or 0.095-inch line.

The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Coil Roofing Nailer aims to improve jobsite productivity with firing speeds up to 6 nails per second, and 1,100 nails per charge with a High-Output 3.0Ah battery. This nailer is ideal for roofing, as well as vinyl siding applications, making it incredibly versatile for Pros. The drum style magazine holds up to 120 nails ranging in size from .75 inches, up to 1.75 inches.

The next genereation Milwaukee M18 Deep Cut Band Saw aims at improving overall ergonomics and performance for our Pros. Its strong brushless motor has a top speed of 550 SFPM, and Milwaukee tells up you can expect up to 78 cuts per charge with a 5.0Ah battery. The 2929 is up to 3 pounds lighter than the previous generation, and its improved handle design and dual-trigger setup make overhead cuts safer, and more comfortable than ever. It’s also equipped with a Variable Speed Mode, variable speed trigger, a tool-free adjustable shoe, and an LED work light.

Milwaukee is introducing four new angle grinders to their M18 Fuel lineup. This includes three 4-1/2 to 6-inch grinders, and a 4-1/2 to 7-inch grinder. The Milwaukee 3670, -71, and -72 all have top speed of 9,000 RPMs, while the 3674 maxes out at 8,400 RPMs. All four models generate 13A corded power and feature Milwaukee’s RapidStop braking system for enhanced safety.

The Milwaukee M12 Fuel 3-inch Random Orbital Sander delivers fast, consistant material removal, boasting speeds ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 OPM and a 3/32-inch orbit diameter. It features a variable-speed trigger, lock-on button, and 4-speed settings that offer plenty of control when dealing with complex projects. Its compact, lightweight design is ideal for sanding trim, railings, and materials where space is limited.

The Milwaukee M12 Fuel Stubby Impact Wrench delivers 3,000 RPMs and up to 550 ft-lbs of breakaway torque, as well as an impact rate of 3,300 IPM. This is more than double the power of the Gen 1 M12 2555 stubby impact wrench, allowing you to easily remove the most stubborn and corroded nuts and bolts faster than ever.

The Milwaukee M18 Fuel 7-1/4 inch circular saw (2834) is geared toward professional carpenters, remodelers, and general contractors. Its Powerstate brushless motor delivers up to 6,000 RPMs with a max cut depth of 2-5/8 inches at 90°, and 2-1/16 inches at 45°. This saw features an incredible max bevel of 57 degrees, adding to the long list of updates from the Milwaukee 2732.
This saw weighs in at 7.9 pounds as a bare tool, and 11.2 pounds with the kitted Forge 12.0Ah battery. Additionally, the saw has positive bevel and depth detents, an LED work light, a folding rafter hook, and all magnesium guards and shoes for increased durability.

With improved performance on the jobsite, the MX Fuel High Cycle Concrete Vibrator delivers powerful and consistent concrete consolidation. Leveraging its Powerstate brushless motor, it can sustain up to 11,500 VPM in the stiffest concrete. Additionally, it’s Compliant with ACI and DOT standards for High Cycle Concrete Vibrators giving it the power to push up to a 2 1/4-inch head and accept whips up to 32 feet. For added convenenience and comfort, it’s also available in a backpack configuration that comes equipped with a 7-foot whip.

Milwaukee’s new M18 Fuel Dual-Battery 20-inch Chainsaw generates a gas equivalence of 70cc thanks to its PowerState brushless motor. It features two mower modes: Peak Power Mode and Standard Mode. In Peak Power Mode, it produces power levels of up to 5.8 HP and torque levels of 9.5 Nm. These figures will allow you to make demanding cuts without bogging down. In Standard Mode, this chainsaw reaches up to 4.4HP, which lets you prioritize runtime and temperature while still maximizing performance

The MX Fuel Rocket Dual Power Compact Tower Light eliminates the hassles of cords and gas powered generators. It delivering up to 15,000 Lumens and provides lighting over 2,300 square feet—that’s 5x more coverage than the M18 model. The 7-foot mast deploys in a matter of seconds, and its compact size makes it easy to transport and store. Plus, it’s packout compatible!

The Milwaukee Rechargeable Low-Profile Magnetic Task Light provides up to 500 Lumens of high-definition light. It features three modes for managing output and run-time to fit the needs of the job. The light features integrated magnets for mounting on metal surfaces in addition to a split-frame design for an alternative mounting system.
